Community Players has the cure for "early-out" boredom. Open to students in Grades 5-8, Acting Up gives participants experience in all aspects of show business, including acting, stage management, theatre tech, design and more!
Acting Up meets every Wednesday 2-5:00 p.m., coinciding with the Beatrice Public School early-outs! There are also some additional rehearsals during the week and two full weeks of rehearsal (every weekday) right before the show opens.
All classes, rehearsals, and shows will be held at the Community Players Theatre, 412 Ella St. Beatrice.
Acting not for you? Ask to be a part of our ever-important backstage crew!
Only $75 to enroll! Pay it all at once, or in three installments of $25, due at the beginning of every month.
The current semester of Acting Up is wrapping up, but stay tuned for information about how your student can be part of the fun in the fall semester. (Registration will begin in late July).
