The following are Box Office policies for Community Players, Inc. These policies are designed to ensure all patrons are treated fairly, and provided with the best possible theatre experience.
- The Box Office is open two Fridays before the opening of each show for First Nighter Patrons. Regular Season Ticket holders may place their reservations beginning the week before the show opens. Reservations will be taken from the general public beginning the Monday before each production opens. Box Office hours are week days, Noon to 5:30 p.m. and two hours prior to show times.
- Tickets may be purchased/reserved in person at the Box Office, 412 Ella St., or over the telephone by calling 228-1801 during Box Office hours. Reservations will also be taken by email request click here to contact us. Note: A confirmation will be sent for reservations received via email, call the theatre if you do not receive an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours of emailing the box office.
- General public tickets purchased over the telephone or via email MUST be paid for with a credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Dicover) at the time of purchase. OR payment must be received at the theatre (via mail or in person) within two business days of purchase. Tickets not paid for within two business days will be resold NO EXCEPTIONS. Reserved tickets need to be picked up in advanced.
- Telephone orders placed within two days of a show will not be held without payment.
- Season Ticket reservations can be held at the Box Office until 15 minutes prior to performances. After that time, they will be made available for resale.
- Our theatre is handicap accessible. However, we ask that patrons requiring special accommodations, such as wheel chairs or walkers, to please mention this when purchasing their tickets so the necessary seating arrangements can be made.
- If you can not make the show, please call and let the box office know at least 2 hours ahead of time. This is particularly important if a show is sold out, as there may be a waiting list for tickets.
- Money cannot be refunded if the reservation is canceled or not made.
- We do not refund tickets which have been paid for. They may be exchanged for another performance of the show show, if you call at least 24 hours in advance.
- Anyone who enters the auditorium must have a ticket, even if they are sitting in someone's lap.
- Season ticket holders and First Nighters are guaranteed seats ONLY if their reservation is placed during the Members Only week. After that time, we can no longer guarantee seating availability.
- Performances are canceled only in extreme weather emergencies. Exchanges for another performance, or refunds will be issued, only if we cancel the show. We will not refund unused tickets if we have not canceled the performance.
