The following are Box Office policies for Community Players, Inc. These policies are designed to ensure all patrons are treated fairly, and provided with the best possible theatre experience.
- The Box Office is open two Fridays before the opening of each show for First Nighter Patrons. Regular Season Ticket holders may place their reservations beginning the week before the show opens. Reservations will be taken from the general public beginning the Monday before each production opens. Box Office hours are week days, Noon to 5:30 p.m. and two hours prior to show times.
- Tickets may be purchased/reserved in person at the Box Office, 412 Ella St., or over the telephone by calling 228-1801 during Box Office hours. Reservations can also be made on-line (look for the "Buy tickets now" icon).
- General public tickets purchased over the telephone MUST be paid for with a credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover) at the time of purchase.
- Season Ticket reservations can be held at the Box Office until 15 minutes prior to performances. After that time, the tickets may be released for resale to anyone waiting in the lobby.
- Money cannot be refunded if the reservation is canceled or not made. We do not refund tickets that have been paid for. They may be exchanged for another performance, if the change is requested at least two hours in advance, for a $1 service fee. The change service fee is waived for Season Ticket holders
- Anyone who enters the auditorium must have a ticket, even if they are not sitting in a seat. This applies specifically to babies or very small children.
- Seating is available for patrons requiring wheel chair access or who have limited ability to climb steps. They should indicate at the time they place their reservation if they require such seats. These seats are located on the first row of the auditorium.
- Performances are canceled only in extreme weather emergencies. Exchanges for another performance or refunds will be issued, only if we cancel the show. We will not refund unused tickets if we have not canceled the performance.
