The Community Players Board of Directors is currently accepting applications for Managing Artistic Director.
This position serves as chief executive for Community Players overseeing the day-to-day operations. Position is responsible for establishing artistic vision and guidance of programming through collaboration with the Board of Directors.
The Managing Artistic Director is responsible for coordination and supervision of all productions, ensuring consistent quality of productions and volunteer experiences as well as the direction of at least three regular season productions per season. Responsibilities also include budget and finance oversight, grant writing, fundraising and development, public relations and board and staff management.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000 based on qualifications.
