Hiring Patron Services manager

Community Players is accepting applications for a creative individual with customer service skills and a love of the arts to join our staff as Patron Services Manager. This full-time position is responsible for daily box office operations and is the customer service face of the theatre. The position also provides bookkeeping, marketing, and administrative support.

 

Successful applicants will have the ability to work with the public, writing/editing skills, computer skills (with knowledge of desktop publishing and photo editing software preferred), familiarity with social media content creation, and basic knowledge of accounting software (preferably Quickbooks – will train the right candidate). Community Players uses Arts People for box office and donor management.

 

Hours: Between 30 and 36 hours per week (depending on if a show is running). Monday, Tuesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday-Friday noon to 5 p.m. and two hours prior to performances on show days. Weekend hours required when a show is running.

 

Salary: Beginning at $13 an hour.
